In the course of the sitting it was
declared that according to the Bill (Reg. No5349) "police bodies
conducts inspections of the individual persons and legal entities on observance
of the prohibition of gambling business in Ukraine."
According to the People´s Deputies the bill actually cancels the authority of the bodies of the state taxation service for the conduction of inspection of the individual persons and legal entities on observance of the prohibition of gambling business in Ukraine" and shift it to the police bodies.
In the course of the discussion, the People´s Deputies also declared that the bill contradicts the effective legislation as the police bodies are not the inspection bodies.
